Distressed/Worn

Distressed rugs come in big sizes. As shown in the picture above, at some parts of the carpet the pile might be slightly shorter, or bald. That characteristic makes them good value, considering the fact that they come in perfect shape and absolutely mint condition.

Worn-look carpets are ideal for very high traffic areas, under your dining table, your office floor or a conference room.

Long healthy piles, no sign of wear or damage and supreme look. 
Depending on the quality of the wool, some Persian rugs never get worn and in fact the older they get and the more they get walked on, the wool gets softer and adds to the value of the carpet over time.
